je mi velice lito, ze jste nebyla u nas spokojena, bohuzel jste nenapsala zadne blizsi informace, z kterych bychom mohli poznat, co se Vam u nas nelibilo a vyvodit patricna opatreni.
Po celou dobu Vaseho pobytu jste nevyjadrila jakoukoli stiznost nebo prani na doplneni, proto nas Vase recenze, ktera je nejnizsi v historii vsech nasich recenzi skutecne prekvapila...

Vazeny pane Obsil, je nam velice lito, ze jste nam dal tak nizke hodnoceni, predevsim tykajici se personalu - ja osobne jsem si s Vami asi 10x pred Vasi rezervaci psala a nabizela ruzne moznosti platby, wellness apod.
Pri ubytovani na jednu noc a pozdnim prijezdu nelze wellness skutecne vyuzivat o pulnoci - rusilo by ostatni hosty. Protoze vsechny ostatni aspekty ubytovani byly v poradku, neni duvod snizovat body z tohoto duvodu. Wellness je mozno vyuzivat kazdy den od 7 do 22 hodin. Priste prosim o respektovani techto podminek.
